SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the condensed financial statements were issued. Other than as described in these condensed financial statements in relation to the Initial Public Offering (see Note 3), Private Placement (see Note 4), and exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option (see Note 6), the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the unaudited condensed financial statements.
